This study aims to explore and analyze public service accountability at the Tinoor 2 Village Office in Tomohon City, using a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research focus is directed toward four main indicators of public service accountability. The findings indicate that public service accountability at the research site has not been running optimally, marked by several key findings: [1] service transparency remains low due to the lack of official information media and inconsistent explanations from officials; [2] service timeliness often fails to meet established standards due to low official discipline, document backlogs, and administrative errors; [3] officials' responsiveness to community needs and complaints remains low, characterized by slow initial responses and the absence of a formal complaint system; and [4] the utilization of information technology in service delivery is still dominated by manual systems, compounded by the low digital capabilities of officials and the unavailability of online services.
