Jurnal Neo Civic Education applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 300,000 for each accepted manuscript. This fee is only charged after the article has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been accepted for publication. The APC covers the costs of editorial handling, peer review management, copyediting, layout editing, and online publication. All published articles are made available in a full open-access format, ensuring that the research is freely accessible to readers worldwide. This policy reflects the journal’s commitment to maintaining high-quality publishing standards while supporting the dissemination of scholarly work in the fields of law, information technology, and the social sciences and humanities in the digital era.
