Who pays for the journal

The journal is funded by the Department of Pancasila and Civic Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Manado, in collaboration with AP3KnI. Editors and reviewers work voluntarily. See the Revenue and Business Model.

Beware of fraudulent requests

• The journal never asks authors for payment at any stage.
• Any request for money in the name of Neo Civic Education, or any offer of faster publication for a fee, is not from the journal.
• Official messages come only from the journal’s OJS system or from neociviceducation@unima.ac.id. Report suspicious messages to that address.

If this policy changes

Any future fee will be announced on this page and on the journal website at least three months in advance, and will not apply to manuscripts submitted before the change.
